Namaste! Welcome to Delhi. There are no planned activities today so if you’re arriving early, inform your concierge representative to arrange a small tour around the city. Join the welcome meeting at 6 pm where you’ll meet your Tour Ambassador and fellow travelers. After the meeting, why not continue the introductions over an optional group dinner.

Join your Ambassador into the sights and sounds of Old Delhi! Set off on the city’s modern metro system, then get a taste of India’s famed public transport with a cycle rickshaw ride through chaotic streets including the famous Chandni Chowk and Chawri Bazaar. Visit Jama Masjid, Delhi’s oldest mosque and one of its most impressive buildings, followed by Akshardham Temple that displays millennia of traditional Hindu and Indian culture, spirituality, and architecture. Then explore Sheeshganj Gurudwara (Sikh Temple) and learn about the Sikh religion. The rest of the day is free for you to relax.

Travel by private vehicle into Rajasthan and on to its capital, Jaipur (approximately 5 – 6 hours). A friendly, busy city crammed with palaces and bazaars full of jewelry, textiles and folk arts. Lunch will be served at home-made café run by a Noble Family. Later, explore the best of Jaipur’s attraction aboard a non- polluting tuk-tuk to the old walled city comprising of a labyrinth of fascinating, colorful and hectic bazaars. Beyond the main avenues, we encourage you to take a walking tour into the labyrinthine streets, to the uninitiated a seeming maze, but where you can discover a host of unexpected treasures. Visit just a few of the 4500 temples it houses, there are even public ones in private houses, experience the wedding bazaar with all manner of paraphernalia and sample some of the street food that India is famous for This evening, continue to indulge in the wonders of Indian culture by watching a Bollywood blockbuster Cinema – an elaborate combination of action romance, drama and music – at the spectacular Raj Mandir

After Breakfast head to the Hawa Mahal (Place of the Winds) for a photo opportunity. Enjoy a visit to the Amber Fort, famous for its mixture of Hindu and Muslim architecture. Afterwards, Explore the Textile and Gems Store market. Jaipur is reputed for its unique jewelry manufacturing; Johari Bazaar should be the ideal destination for every ornament lover. Located in the prime area of Jaipur, the Johari Bazaar is famous for its precious and semi-precious stones, particularly diamonds, topaz and emeralds. It is the large-scale exhibition of the alluring stones, which makes the Bazaar one of the most popular attractions in Jaipur.
This evening: discover one of the most popular sources of entertainment in Rajasthan as you sit back and enjoy the sights and sounds of a customary puppet show.

On the journey to Agra, stop en-route at the Agra Fort, the main residence of the emperors of the Mughal Dynasty until 1638, when the capital was shifted from Agra to Delhi. This evening; Set eyes on the sparkling Taj Mahal at sunset before exploring more of this famous landmark. Spectacularly built in the 1640s as a memorial to the wife of Emperor Shah Jahan.

In the morning, take a guided tour one-time capital of the Mughal empire, Fatehpur Sikri (approximately 4 hours). Its stunning mosque displays both Persian and Hindu design and is secured by a 54-metre high entrance. In the early afternoon, take the 3-4-hour journey back to Delhi. Arrive back at the hotel with enough time to freshen up and decide where to enjoy one final dinner with the group.
