A Hotel Room Fit for Royalty
You stay in one of the huge air-conditioned rooms on the ground floor which faced a lovely courtyard. It was breath-taking. The palace encapsulated the opulent life of the maharajas. One really felt like royalty.
The high-ceiling room are furnished with a four-poster bed, a sofa and a dresser. Elements of Rajasthani architecture were also evident in the rooms — stained-glass windows, elaborate doors and colourful arches on the ceiling. Some of the roomshave a balcony which are perfectly cushioned and accented with throw pillows. While there was no TV in the room, you realize that you don’t really need it during your stay. Room amenities included a fridge, tea and coffee facility and free Wi-Fi.
The extravagant dining room was like one you’d find in a Disney Princess movie. It reminded one of Beauty and the Beast with the many chandeliers and candle holders. The atmosphere here is amazing. The staff is even dressed in traditional clothing.
